It has standard blue plastic which must be removed prior to use. BP- 61 Features 4 full length heart design and 4 individual images which can be used to create in

the image.All the images are etched nicely. The pattern transferred neatly in stamper at first try and transferred very well.
The White Stamping Varnish came in a zipper bag. It is thicker than normal polish. They are quite opaque, odor free, and dry in a reasonable time to even allow for some quick and focused placement.
