31DC2014 Day 25:"Inspired By" FASHION
Hello Everyone!!!
Today's Prompt is "Inspired By" FASHION. I had no clue what to make on my nails for this challenge .Until an hour ago I was forced to came up with something. As usual I turn to my "Best Friend" Google for some help. And as always it never Disappoint me :D I searched fashion and yeah tons of images popped out on my screen. I keep scrolling down *Bam* found a gorgeous picture of Emma Watson. And I honestly thought I can interpret the dress she was wearing.

Once I was Satisfied with the image I choose I searched more about it. What I found was quite surprising for me. Emma Watson wore this dress 2013 Metropolitan Museum of Art Costume Institute Gala – PUNK: Chaos to Couture on May 6, 2013. And this elegant dress is a Creation of Non other than Prabal Gurung. What surprising on that. I did his design last year to :D I picked up his design this year as well unkowingly ;)
Like I said I thought I could interpret the fashion on my nails.But umm I dont know I don't feel satisfied with the mani. As I was no mood of giving it another try so this is what you will get for this challenge. Lets just hope I have done enough justice for this beautiful creation. DeleteCool dress to be inspired by! I like it a lot, the nail art feels very unique! but maybe I would have liked it more with a beige/nude base instead of the "naked" nail :D
ReplyDeleteI agree. I should have painted my base color a nude polish as I dont owe Beige one. Nude would have complement black more :D
