31DC2013 Day 27: "Inspired By" Artwork
Hello Everyone!!!
My ring finger is supposed to be an exact replica of the art but I have improvised few things. I used just acrylic paint for this Mani. As I didn't have all the colors that I wanted I settle down with the one I have and improvised little.
Welcome to Day 27 challenge - "INSPIRED BY" ARTWORK. Wow this challenge just inspire me. Its making me do thing that I never thought of. I had no idea what I was going to make for this challenge. Artwork - not something we see everyday right? I mean I barely go to art exhibition or try to explore the world of art. So I just got once choice - Google again. It showed lots of famous artwork but hard thing was to translate them on nails. *Hours past* then when I saw a piece of artwork that inspired me in minute. And I decided this one or nothing else. Let me show you what I came up with.

I choose a piece called "Inukshuk" by Ted Harrison
. I came to know Ted Harrison is one of Canada’s most popular artists.
His distinctive style of painting is both colorful and sophisticated yet
retains an innocent charm.
The reason I used acrylic paint is I wanted that feeling or the magic of art to transfer in my nails. I am happy and satisfied with the replica of Inukshuk on my nails. I couldn't have been better. So this is my design for Today challenge . I hope you like it. Let me know on the comment below (:
