Cute Skull

by - October 31, 2013

Hello Everyone :D HAPPY HALLOWEEN!!!!
I wasn't planning to do any specific nail art for Halloween. As I already been posting lots of Halloween-y Mani since beginning of October. But I happen to saw a cute Skull tutorial across tumblr. And I knew I had to give it a try.How can I let go Halloween without any skull design after all?!?
Colors used are Bloom The Cassette Society II (A gunmetal grey) Charm Limit Black and Cosmetic Color White with Mode Love Top Coat.

Whatcha think?!?  This mani is super easy to make. One big drop of circle from white, Three small white dots below the big circle and Two small black dots for eyes. Fun and Cute right?!? So this will be the Final design I will be wearing for Halloween. Comment below and let me know what you think :D

BTW While making this Mani I mistakenly drop few of the grey polish on my bed sheet. I try to remove it from remover but there is still big stain left. Does anyone know how should I remove the nail polish stain completely?

  1. Love this, I prefer cute skulls to spooky ones 'cause I'm a chicken, haha. As far as removal, I haven't used it myself but google suggests using rubbing alcohol? Also, it won't let me post a link but if you google wiki how & how to remove nail polish from fabric it also has some tips depending on what kind of fabric it is. There's one where you use a towel underneath it but I don't know how thick your comforter is.

    1. I am kind of sucker for skull. I love everything that has skull print but I prefer cute one too hehe :D I dont get rubbing alcohol here. My only option is Remover. I tried every trick I read on Google but nothing seems to be working \:

  4. This was both cute and simple, I also like how you've placed everything on the nails as it looks a bit graphical. :) About staining fabrics and getting it clean it's almost impossible. Every little fibre tends to get pigmented.. However 100% acetone and several cotton balls, (changing the cotton ball every time it get's pigmented.) But if your bedsheet was one color like white I'd say it will be hard. If it has lots of patterns acetone could hide it enough. :) Hope it helps!

  5. Oh my God! Sooooo cute! I'll definitely try this next time. And for the nail polish, I tried removing it like I do on my nails but it left a big stain and the nail polish just sort of spread like crazy so I decided to ignore it. lol.
